Operations Manager-Telemetry- Days

The Operations Manager assumes first line leadership to manage and supervise the daily operations of telemetry system and staff who monitor one of the most vital measurements of life, health and success for our patients: their heartbeat. Partner with Hospital Leadership and the Director to provide high quality, efficient care to patients, ensure continuous and accurate monitoring of patient's EKG patterns and cardiac rhythms and develop best practices to enhance patient outcomes. Monitor and audit telemetry processes, help with the implementation of new technologies and analyze data for process improvement initiatives.

This is a full time day shift position located at our Columbia Presbyterian campus in upper Manhattan.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Leadership/management experience in telemetry
  • Masters in Nursing 

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of experience in telemetry
  • Ability to develop short- and long-term plans and objectives
  • Computer experience with spreadsheets and other reporting tools

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $100,000/Annual
