View Non-Clinical OpportunitiesEvery day I watch my team go above and beyond, while they just see it as doing what they need to in order to put patients first. I’m in constant awe of these amazing people, and I just hope I can inspire them as much as they inspire me.”

Our Administrative professionals have a tremendous opportunity to positively impact the patient experience. We represent a vast team of patient financial advisors, registrars, unit clerks, administrative assistants, and more. As skilled colleagues and essential collaborators, we leverage administrative expertise to empower both our clinical departments and our patients.
As financial experts, we audit, invest, and safeguard the bottom-line interests of our health system while honoring our patient-focused mission. Professionals here have the opportunity to specialize in any realm of finance, including accounting, investment, real estate, financial planning, revenue cycle, and beyond.
Behind every world-renowned patient treatment, surgery, and procedure is a team of health information management (HIM) professionals. We are the gatekeepers of accurate documentation, accountability, and viability. HIM professionals follow two main tracks: operations and coding.
Operations professionals navigate the world of medical records and billing to ensure fair reimbursement for the health system. The coding team reviews, reflects and records clinical work with appropriate codes, working with the highest risk, highest complexity cases—which means that you may see codes here that you’ll never see anywhere else.

From Talent Acquisition to Talent Development, Total Rewards, Shared Services, and more, we recognize that we only achieve amazing things through amazing people—and this begins with our inspiring HR team.
At NewYork-Presbyterian, we are redefining the relationship between technology and healthcare. This innovative team builds and launches a range of tools, from patient/provider telecommunications that make world-class care even more accessible, to the robots our surgeons use to do amazing things every day. These include a tablet program for patients, e-whiteboards for our clinical teams, and auto-texting for families. We are the people behind the organization-wide implementation of EPIC. This sophisticated, single electronic health record system will deliver improved efficiencies, increased revenue, unified recordkeeping, improved patient safety, and, most of all, a better patient experience.
Our team also launched NYP OnDemand, a suite of digital health services that enable patients to get second opinions, meet with their doctors virtually, and gain access to urgent and express care services more conveniently. We do not achieve these great feats alone. In addition to working together as a team, we also partner with major players in Silicon Valley to premiere the latest healthcare infrastructures and software.
Spreading the word of the amazing things happening at NYP—from groundbreaking procedures to inspiring community events—makes working on these teams truly rewarding. Join us, and you’ll be involved in everything from press releases to media placements to global ad campaigns.
