Our support services teams are composed of Environmental Services, Food Services, Facilities & Engineering, and Security. We are responsible for clean rooms and linens, efficient patient transportation, patient food delivery, and more.

The NewYork-Presbyterian Environmental Services team is designed to ensure the highest level of sanitary standards, resolve issues as they may arise, and provide monitoring to prevent future occurrences. We work in a collaborative manner with all disciplines and departments throughout the enterprise to ensure that the expectations of our patients are met. Through Housekeeping, Patient Transport, Waste Management, Linen Services, and more, we are utilizing innovative methods and constantly striving for excellence to support the ongoing work of NewYork-Presbyterian.
Skilled tradespeople are important contributors to the patient experience. The NewYork-Presbyterian Security Department complements quality patient care by maintaining excellence in the implementation of protective services, throughout the medical center and the surrounding community. We are continually improving and proactively monitoring opportunities and challenges in an ever-changing healthcare environment.
