A – All current job openings are listed online at nyp.org/careers. This includes opportunities for all of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital locations.

A – If you forgot your password, click here, then click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions in your browser.

A – There may not be current openings for the job you are interested in. However, the careers website is updated frequently. It’s the most up-to-date source for job openings. We also encourage you to sign up for job alerts at the bottom of the NYP Careers homepage. When you sign up, you’ll have the opportunity to create a profile, upload your resume, and select your area(s) of interest to start receiving relevant updates on jobs.

A – It’s not necessary to address a cover letter to a specific individual. Various recruiters and hiring managers may be working with your application to find the best fit for you.

A – Please submit your resume in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF.

A – You will receive an automatic email thanking you for your application. You’re also able to log into your profile and review your previous applications and review the status of your applications.

A – Yes, if you are interested in several different job openings. However, we encourage you to be strategic with the jobs are choosing to apply to and apply only to those that align with your qualifications and career goals.

A – NYP’s Careers page supports most internet browsers. Supported browsers include: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 or 11, or Safari.

A – You may check the status of your application at any time by logging in to your profile. If your application was successfully submitted and qualified for further review, as stated in the “Your NYP Application History” status section, and you have not received a response after several business days, please check your spam and confirm that your contact information in your profile is listed and up to date. You may update your contact information by clicking “Update Contact Information” under the My Information section of your NYP Dashboard.

A – You may check the status of your application at any time by logging in to your profile and reviewing your applications.

A – All candidates should bring multiple copies of an updated resume/CV. Please remember to dress professionally, be prepared to speak about real-life examples of success in your work, and research and get to know NYP as well as the people with whom you will be interviewing.

A – All new full-time, part-time and temporary employees attend the hospital-wide orientation program within 30 days of their start date.

A – Please be on the alert for fraudulent communication from third-parties claiming to be affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian. Phishing scams often solicit personal information or money from job seekers. NewYork-Presbyterian neither solicits money nor collects fees of any type from job applicants. If you feel you’ve been victimized, please report the scam to your local law enforcement.
