Laboratory Assistant – Central Lab - Chemistry/Hematology - Per Diem

Bring your talents to our tight-knit team and provide the support our Laboratory Technologists need to complete tests that drive high-quality care and caring.  As a Laboratory Assistant, you can help provide quality patient care by accessioning, processing requisition forms, separating samples into aliquots, labeling specimens, and distributing specimens to the appropriate laboratory sections for testing.

This is a per diem position for coverage of various shifts at our Weill Cornell campus.

Preferred Criteria

• Some college or technical courses
• Laboratory processing experience  

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong data entry skill

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
