The New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns is a leader in providing outstanding, compassionate, personalized care to pregnant women, newborn babies and their families. In 2020, the top five-and-a-half floors of the David H. Koch Center became home to the Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns, the first of its kind in the tristate area, offering compassionate, personalized care to term and pre-term infants and their families. The 44,000 square-foot NICU features 60 private/semi-private neonatal intensive care beds, which offer state-of-the-art care, set to be the first facility in New York City to have dedicated on site MRI capabilities and an operating room.

Preferred Criteria

· Minimum two years of management experience within a large academic medical center

· Experience in high-risk neonatal intensive care

Required Criteria

·Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a master’s degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire.

·Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)

·Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)

·Three years of clinical experience in a high-risk neonatal intensive care unit

·Demonstrated leadership competencies

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000/Annual
