This 750,000-squarefoot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and will feature many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways.
Patient Access Ambassador - DHK - Days (8am -4pm)
The Ambassador is responsible for setting the stage for the patient experience, by professionally and efficiently provide patients and visitors with unparalleled customer service. Register, schedule, and update patient information for multiple practices. Provide support to optimize the overall efficiency and operational flow. Act as a liaison between patients and areas of operations. You will greet and welcome all patients, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, paying attention to specific individual guest needs to ensure that patients, their families, and guests have an unparalleled excellent experience.
This is a full time day shift including every other weekend and holiday.
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare
- Experience in a complex clinic setting and/or Patient Access Department.
- Bilingual
Required Criteria
- High School Diploma
- 2 or more years of customer service experience with focus in healthcare or hospitality.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem solving skills
