Nurse Administrator (RN) - Per Diem - Evening/Nights and Rotating Weekend Coverage
The Nurse Administrator is responsible for the clinical operations on the assigned shift to ensure continuity of patient care for all units. In this role, you will collaborate with Patient Care Directors and others in planning and implementing high quality, safe patient care. In addition, act as a consultant to staff, and address identified issues, recommending ways to achieve desired outcomes.

This per diem position is required to cover the off shifts (evening/nights), weekends, vacations and holidays.
Required Criteria:
Master's degree in nursing
3 years of progressive leadership, management experience
Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Candidate must have leadership experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
