Our Alexandra Steven Cohen Children's Emergency Department is one of only 3 Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Centers in New York State and has the regions highest number of board-certified physicians in emergency medicine and pediatrics. Across all campuses, our nurses collaborate with paramedics, physicians and others to use induced hypothermia to digital radiology and other novel techniques. Bring your passion for teambuilding to the #1 hospital in New York (U.S.News & World Report), and drive nursing excellence within our state-of-the-art Pediatric Emergency Department. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll assume responsibility for unit operations including: patient flow, scheduling, education and leadership to a dynamic staff, bringing quality across all aspects of patient care. You'll foster safety, quality and compassion to help advance our uniquely family-oriented approach.
The schedule for this position will be four 10-hour Days shift. There are no weekends or holidays required.
Preferred Criteria
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department
Required Criteria
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years of acute clinical experience
- Current New York State registration to practice nursing
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Previous clinical expertise within the Emergency Department

Salary Range:
$130,000-$155,000/AnnualIt all begins with you. Our amazing compensation packages start with competitive base pay and include recognition for your experience, education, and licensure.
