Patient Access/Admitting- Supervisor - Evening/Overnights- Hudson Valley

As a member of our administrative team, you will discover what sets us apart - passion for the individuals and families in our care. You will be responsible in assisting the Admitting Manager, in all aspects of running the Admitting department and all duties related to the registration of patients in the EMR system. Particular emphasis on supervising approximately 14 to 16 staff members, error reduction, productivity reports and statistics, and in meeting the standards for compliance with state and federal mandates.
The shift for this position is Evening and Overnight Operations with scheduled hours of 3:00pm-11:00pm & 7:00pm - 3:00am but must be flexible with the hours based on operational needs of the department at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located in Cortlandt Manor, NY.
Preferred Criteria:
AAS Degree
Knowledge of hospital procedures, routines, regulations and medical terminology
- EPIC
Required Criteria:
Two years hospital registration experience required.
- Supervisory experience

Salary Range:
