Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.
Under the supervision of the Site Director, ensure the maintenance and operations of our high tension / high voltage electrical distribution system, pneumatic tubes, smoke detection, fire alarm systems and emergency power generators. Assist in the development, implementation and administration of programs to maintain the mechanical, electrical and BMS equipment. Through effective and efficient utilization of personnel and material, coordinate and oversee all staff and activities supporting both Engineering and Construction. Establish work priorities, coordinate job schedules with shop Supervisors, and lead activities to ensure successful work completion. Conduct regular on-site inspections to meet compliance standards. Use your expertise and play an essential role on our Facilities Operations Leadership team.
This is a full time position located at 111 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, NY
Preferred Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Trade specific licenses as per Trade
- Electrical License
- National Electrical Code Certificate
Required Criteria:
- 8 - 10 years of occupational-specific experience
- Knowledge of existing city, state and federal codes
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Knowledge of business process and communications
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- CMMS System knowledge

Salary Range:
