Staffing Coordinator - Nursing Office - Day/Evenings - Rotational Weekend

Staffing Coordinators partner with our employees to design a schedule that meets their lifestyle. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the overall staffing, including preparation of staffing sheets and reports, and compilation of staffing data (i.e. overtime agency, per-diem usage and nursing care hours), and review of scheduling/communication with the team.

This is a full-time position works the following shif at NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester Behavioral Health.

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience working in an office setting

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent interpersonal and secretarial skills
