Staff Nurse - RN - Young Adult College Program /5 N - Full Time Nights

In this role, you will be working on a 23- bed inpatient psychiatric unit specializing in the care of students and other young adults, ranging from 18 -29 years of age. You will assist students who require psychiatric hospitalization a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, treatment, and partners with the student, family, and school to formulate an appropriate and safe aftercare plan

This is a full-time night shift position, 3/12 hours (7pm -7:30am) weekly and biweekly additional 8hrs from 11pm - 7:30am) including alternating weekend (Sat+ Sun) coverage.

Preferred Criteria

• At least one year of RN experience and/or capstone or a senior clinical rotation with a preceptor

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing

• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)

• New Graduate RN/Nurses must complete Nurse Residency Program

• BCLS certification
