Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will be led by trusted Columbia doctors and will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.

Make a lasting impression on patients at NewYork-Presbyterian as a senior patient registrar. Provide work direction and training of patient registrars in accordance with established guidelines. Assist the office manager with special projects and performance improvements. Register, check in, schedule and obtain pre-certification and authorization for patients receiving therapy services. Assist patients with questions and concerns. Join a supportive team and help us deliver superior customer service to our local community. Preferred Criteria

· 2+ years of college experience.

· Knowledge of Epic.

Required Criteria

· High school diploma or GED.

· Minimum of 3 years of clerical experience.

· Strong computer skills.

· Effective Communication.
