Organizational Development Consultant - Talent Development - New Building Opening - White Plains, NY

NewYork-Presbyterian is committed to providing the highest quality care to residents of Westchester County and surrounding communities. Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care.

The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant is a strategic business partner who works closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, and other organizational stakeholders to support strategic OD priorities. Working across the entire organization, the OD Consultant guides transformational processes to support organizational, team, and individual performance, employee experience and listening, culture, team development, and change management initiatives. The OD Consultant leverages an agile, growth mindset to improve organizational processes, increase connections, and support a strong organizational culture. In addition, the OD Consultant independently provides expert guidance for owned projects and builds strong relationships across the organization to empower success.

This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days in-office and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

  • Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field
  • Experience in talent development, organizational development, or succession planning

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$118,250-$131,600/Annual
