Physician Assistant – Pain Management Program | Part-Time

Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Physician Assistants at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens are skilled clinicians with a broad and thorough scope of knowledge and responsibility.  PA’s are respected collaborators, working as part of a cohesive team to ensure the care and caring of our patients and their families and committed to our culture where We Put Patients First.

Join this close-knit team to help further develop the Pain Management program at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. You will follow acute and chronic pain cases, perform consults, develop pain policies and provide pain education to staff. Be the hospital specialist in pain management and act as the main resource for Anesthesiologists, nurses and patients. Through your collaborative relationships, you will assist in setting the standards of care for pain management and provide the best in care and caring for our patients.

Preferred Criteria

  • At least one year of inpatient medicine experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
  • NYS licensure
  • NCCPA certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$157,000-$184,275/Annual
