Fellowship Coordinator / Office Coordinator – Cardiology Faculty
NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is seeking a highly organized and proactive Fellowship Coordinator / Office Coordinator to join our Cardiology Faculty team. This pivotal role supports the Cardiology Fellowship Program by managing recruitment, scheduling, compliance, and educational activities, while also providing administrative support to faculty and leadership.
You’ll be the central point of contact for fellows, faculty, and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality educational experience. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the fellowship program’s rotation schedules, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records and evaluations for current and former fellows.
- Organize lectures, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and CME documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Director, faculty, and department leadership.
- Serve as a liaison with hospital departments and external accreditation agencies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of office management experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office equipment and procedures; minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Experience in academic healthcare settings is highly desirable.

Salary Range:
