Data Entry Operator - Facilities

The Data Entry Operator's role is to enter a variety of information into the assigned computer system. To produce reports from computerized billing, maintenance and repair, data.

In this role you will:

• Perform data entry functions
• Generate computer reports
• Perform troubleshooting
• Answer telephones
• Perform other related duties as required

This is a full time day position located at NewYork-Presbyertian/ Queens.

Required Criteria

• High school diploma plus completion of training course as a Data Entry Operator Two (2) years data entry experience, computer literacy
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Must have the technical knowledge required to operate the equipment of the department.
• Must have good phone manner and communications skills.
