Communication Clerk – Emergency Department – Full-Time, Evenings/Weekends

3 Rotating days during the week, including Saturday and Sunday

Communication Clerks handle a high volume of calls and utilize the overhead paging system to alert hospital staff and personnel when they are needed. They are the comforting voice for family members wishing to connect with loved ones and ensure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual strongly preferred

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Superior communication and customer service skills

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
