Clinical Nurse Manager – Dialysis – Full-Time | Evenings | Queens
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll assume first-line leadership responsibility for the delivery of patient care in our Dialysis unit. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient patient throughput — including admissions, discharges, and transfers — while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
You’ll help set short- and long-term goals for the unit, aligning with hospital-wide strategic priorities. You’ll monitor staff compliance with regulatory, hospital, and divisional standards, and once proficient, may be asked to train and mentor others
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Dialysis unit
- Ensure continuity and consistency in care delivery and adherence to protocols
- Support staff development and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate on strategic planning and goal-setting
- Provide off-shift and weekend coverage as needed
Schedule & Location:
This is a full-time evenings position, covering 2:30pm-11:30pm and 2:30pm-11:45pm at the Trude Weishaupt Dialysis Center, located at 59-28 174th St, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN); if MSN, BSN may be preferred.
- National board certification approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- New York State RN license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a charge nurse
- Clinical expertise in dialysis or relevant specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Salary Range:
