Administrative Support Coordinator – Non-Invasive Cardiology (Full-Time)
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you’ll provide critical administrative and clerical support to the Non-Invasive Cardiology team—helping ensure seamless operations in a setting where every second counts.
In this role, you’ll handle confidential information, manage priorities across multiple tasks, and support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Provide administrative support to the Chief, including coordination of departmental activities; Manage and coordinate exam scheduling to ensure efficient workflow; Facilitate onboarding and credentialing processes for new radiologists; Manage scheduling coordination and obtain necessary authorizations as required. What You’ll Bring
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Prior administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma or GED required
