Transplant Coordinator - RN - Liver Transplant - Days - Columbia University Irving Medical Center

Achieve beyond the bedside as a Transplant Coordinator for our world-renowned Liver Living Donor Transplant program, a career-making opportunity. In this role, you’ll assume front line responsibility for quality and continuity of care. And you’ll educate patients, families and other health care providers, while ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

In this inspiring setting, you will be the face of a personalized, patient-focused approach. You’ll support patients’ pre- and post-donation needs. And you’ll make good on the promise of our hospital-wide mission Putting Patients First.

Preferred Criteria

  • Transplant experience 
  • Experience in ICU or PACU  

Required Criteria

  • At least three years of acute care experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years' experience as a Transplant Coordinator in a solid Organ Transplant Program, Organ Procurement Organization or Dialysis Center
  • Current New York State RN   
  • BCLS certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$107,500-$153,000/Annual
