Supervisor – Distribution - Full Time –
Drive operational excellence by utilizing your warehouse and inventory expertise on this established, accomplished Supply Chain team. Supervise routine activities of the Warehouse/Storeroom staff at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia / Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital to ensure alignment of supply chain operations with the entire organization. In this career-making opportunity, you’ll supervise a team responsible for Supply Chain materials at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia / Morgan Stanley. You’ll ensure that all production requirements are met, while finding innovative ways to enhance handling, storage and inventory. Responsible for maintaining regulatory and Supply Chain standards. Monitor daily stock status, and communicate changes to department leaders. Evaluate employees, promote safety, and deliver leadership that inspires performance on the highest level.
This position is 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday.
Preferred Criteria
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of a similar inventory control system
Required Criteria
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma/ GED
Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies
Basic knowledge of Lawson and spreadsheet applications

Salary Range:
