Radiology Medical Records Clerk- CNYPAI- Full Time-Days

Combining the academic distinction of ColumbiaDoctors and clinical resources of NewYork-Presbyterian, Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI) was created to expand outpatient services in Radiology and imaging using MRI and PET CT. Utilizing cutting-edge technology with some of the world’s most respected experts in the field, CNYPAI’s mission is to diagnose and treat a range of diseases and conditions that may otherwise go unnoticed, as well as to further transform research efforts to improve health in individuals and populations, while holding the highest of standards for the patient experience.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurately handle the scanning and filing of chart documents, chart inventory, and follows HIPAA protocols, display excellent customer service skills and work independently and in a team environment, interacting with Physicians, Staff, and other individuals.

Required

• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in medical records.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Registered Health Information Technology- AHIMA

Preferred

• Previous Medical Records experience
• Knowledge of our Epic System
