Project Manager – Operations

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all project activities. This role will drive the execution of the full life cycle of projects including scope definition, planning, analysis, measurement, and communication. The Project Manager will be heavily involved in team building for success from a diverse group including Administration, Staff and Physicians.
This is a full time position at the NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center location.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s degree
- PMP
- Six-Sigma / Lean
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably clinical setting
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of project management or related experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with specific goal performance record.
- Ability to successfully perform all aspects of managing a diverse project.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in all phases of project development and design.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain excellent Hospital management, board, and professional staff relationships.

Salary Range:
