Experience this unique opportunity to join and advance the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) program and contribute as an integral member of an Ivy League-affiliated transplant team, where low coordinator-to-patient ratios allow for a greater patient-focus. While managing outpatient BMT care, you will collaborate with inpatient staff and world experts in BMT under the direction of Dr. Markus Mapara, Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) Program, to provide cohesive patient care.
In this role, you will manage the team responsible for the full transplant experience and serve as medical liaison for departments involved in all related patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, program requirements, data collection, and reporting. As our FACT lead you will have a key role in all quality and survey activities. You will also collaborate with BMT and Apheresis services, and serve as a valuable resource as you communicate with patients, donors, and their families in a caring, compassionate way throughout their journey.

This is a full-time position located at NYP/Columbia University Medical Center.
Preferred Criteria
Previous experience in Bone Marrow Transplant Care or Heme Malignancy Treatment
Previous coordinator experience
FACT Accreditation Experience
OCN certification
Master's Degree in Nursing
Required Criteria
At least three years of acute care RN Oncology experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification

Salary Range:
