In this role, you’ll ensure stellar service for patients, employees, and visitors. You’ll supervise food product development, preparation, and distribution, and plan campus-wide nutritional activities. Manage and motivate a talented team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines. They will be results-oriented with strong follow-through, able to resolve problems and conflicts effectively, and capable of relating to all levels of the organization's departments.

This position is located at NYP/Columbia Medical Center in Washington Heights.

Preferred Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Strong knowledge of patient services operations.

Required Criteria

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing professional and service employees.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative and therapeutic aspects of food, nutrition, and food service administration.
  • Ability to direct and supervise a large dietary service operation.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:

$92,500-$120,500/Annual
