Labor Relations Manager - NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia
In this role, under the guidance of the Director of Labor & Employee Relations, provides consultation on grievances, initiates and maintains satisfactory relations between the respective union leaders and management. Supports contract negotiations, manages grievance procedures, and administers labor/management relations.
Preferred Criteria
- Master's in a related field
- Project Management experience
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 6 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on Labor Relations
- In-depth knowledge of labor relations and working knowledge of contractual obligations and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication and demonstrated an aptitude for labor-related problem-solving policy setting
