Bring transformational nursing leadership to NewYork-Presbyterian as the Director of Nursing, where you'll assist in the operational workflow of CSPD and Endoscopy Reprocessing. In this highly visible role, you will report directly to the Corporate Director, where you will have the opportunity to oversee and take on multiple construction projects for the CSPD service line. Foster a culture of accountability and play a key role in the innovation of software across multiple NYP sites. Director of Nursing – RN - Central Sterile & Endoscopy Reprocessing - Days
As the Director of Nursing, monitor quality metrics, deliver expert data analysis, build effective actions plans, recognize potential for error and make evidence-based recommendations while building a just culture that supports continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with numerous councils and cross-campus leaders in all disciplines across NewYork-Presbyterian to promote outcomes-driven reliability, while inspiring excellence. Your leadership in our Magnet journey will be essential to our success.
This is a full-time position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center with travel to multiple NYP sites.
Required Criteria
·Master’s degree in nursing or related field
·Current New York State Registration as a Professional Nurse
·5-7 years of experience with experience in CSPD and Endoscopy Reprocessing
·Demonstrated management and leadership skills

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range:
