The Access to Care (ATC) initiative is an enterprise-wide initiative aimed at improving access to care and enhancing the patient experience across NY Presbyterian, Columbia Doctors, and Weill Cornell Medicine practices and procedural sites. Its mission is to streamline multi-channel access, enriched by clinical input from supported service lines.
Clinical Quality Project Manager – Consumer Experience & Access
As a Clinical Quality Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of centralized nurse triage by:
✅ Leading quality assurance initiatives to enhance clinical documentation and compliance.
✅ Analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
✅ Implementing innovative solutions based on data analytics and best practices.
✅ Collaborating with nursing leaders and clinical teams to drive positive patient outcomes.
✅ Developing standardized processes to enhance patient access and experience.

This is a full time, days position located at our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.
Preferred Criteria
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing
- Telehealth experience
- Triage experience
- Experience with CRM technology
- Extensive experience with data analysis and reporting workbench in Epic
Required Criteria
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active NYS RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current national certification in relevant field (or ability to obtain within the first year of service)
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2+ years of experience in a quality or supervisory role
- Epic experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Salary Range:
$145,000-$193,000/AnnualIt all begins with you. Our amazing compensation packages start with competitive base pay and include recognition for your experience, education, and licensure.
