Transplant Coordinator - Kidney & Pancreatic Acquisition Program - Weill Cornell Medical Center

Achieve beyond the bedside as a Coordinator for our world-renowned Kidney Transplant program, a career-making opportunity. In this role, you’ll assume front line responsibility for quality and continuity of care. And you’ll educate patients, families and other health care providers, while ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

Utilize exciting new modalities to help match donors and recipients. Our Extended Criteria Donor program uses advanced selection and preservation methods to make use of previously unusable organs, including those from older donors.

In this inspiring setting, you will be the face of a personalized, patient-focused approach. You’ll support patients’ pre-transplant needs. And you’ll make good on the promise of our hospital-wide mission Putting Patients First.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • New York Nursing License, Other clinical licensure may be substituted for RN License such as Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) 
  • 10 years experience as a Transplant Coordinator in a solid Organ Transplant program, Organ Procurement Organization or Dialysis Center may be considered in substitution for Bachelor’s

Salary Range:

$107,500-$153,000/Annual
