As a Technical Architect you will effectively advise and implement new initiatives in the VMware environment. Utilize your expertise in server, storage, network and data center technologies to advise and assist on implementing virtualization technologies in the enterprise environment. Assess the current structure of the development and maintenance of the onsite environment, as well as take the lead on recommendations for process improvements for virtualization and cloud opportunities.
Preferred Criteria
Extensive knowledge in configuration ,implementation and maintenance of Storage Area Networks ( SAN )
Detailed knowledge and methodologies of Network Attached Storage (NAS); specifically Dell PowerScale
In-depth knowledge of Brocade Fiber Channel concepts as it relates to servers and storage
Detailed knowledge of data backup concepts and methodologies
Experience in data protection and security of NAS and SAN data
- Major in Computer Science or related discipline
- Subject matter expertise across VMWare technologies including vSphere 6
Proven experience implementing high availability and business continuity strategies leveraging VMware NSX, SRM and vSphere replicatio
- Demonstrated proficiency using vRealize Operations for performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning
Demonstrated proficiency using vRealize Automation for automated deployment of virtual machines and other related tasks
- Experience with cloud technology including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
- Healthcare industry knowledge and hospital operations
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related discipline or 6 to 8 years of related work experience

Salary Range:
