Supervisor Physician Assistant - Spine Service - Allen Hospital

Practice the art and science of evidence-based medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital under the direction of the Chief Physician Assistant of the clinical service, who will provide leadership development to you directly. 

As a Supervisor PA you will be responsible for supervising the clinical staff of the service to ensure NYP polices are followed, providing clinical direction and development to all clinical staff, participating on service, departmental and hospital wide projects and ensuring the culture of the team is positive while focusing on engagement and retention of our staff.  As an individual in a leadership role, the schedule for your clinical work and leadership responsibilities may vary.

Preferred Criteria:

• Experience managing and developing team members

• 5 years or more of related clinical experience

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies

• Current NYS licensure

• NCCPA certification

• Minimum 3 years of related clinical experience
