As aPatient Financial Services Supervisor, you will lead a team of 10 professionals responsible for managing credit accounts receivable across multiple network hospitals. Your leadership will drive operational excellence through daily oversight of productivity, quality assurance, staff attendance, and work assignment distribution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and external payers to ensure accurate and timely account resolution, while upholding our hospital’s mission of respect, engagement, and patient-centered care.
The shift will include working 4-days on site and one day remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Medicaid and Medicare credit management activities
Oversee HMS/Compliance reporting for Medicaid and Medicare
Serve as hospital liaison with PB for bundled account status and payment updates
Manage account flow within Out-of-State Medicaid work queues
Coordinate rebilling and validation of accounts for credit vendors
Ensure regulatory compliance for all NYPH employees
Preferred Criteria
CPMC experience
Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to problem solve
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate compassion and strong customer service skills

Salary Range:
