Supervisor - Ambulatory Care Network - Center for Special Studies
Join our fast-paced team and take the next exciting step in your career as a Supervisor in the Center for Special Studies NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. In this role, you will oversee the day to day operations of the patient registration team in the Center as well as collaborate with clinical staff to ensure success in putting our patients first. Be an expert in registration systems and act as a key contributor to the development of staff and implementation of quality improvement programs by supervising and training staff, monitoring departmental operations, and setting high standards for your team.
This position supervises two locations: NYP/Weill Cornell and Chelsea.
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous Supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience working with the HIV/AIDS population
Required Criteria
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
