Summer 2026 Undergraduate Internship Program – Human Resources

    About the Program

    Join NewYork-Presbyterian’s Human Resources team for a dynamic summer internship experience! This program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to HR projects, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and projects
    • Assist with data analysis and reporting
    • Conduct research to support HR programs and decision-making
    • Create presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

    We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable undergraduate sophomores and juniors from diverse academic backgrounds who are eager to:

    • Learn and contribute to HR operations
    • Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments
    • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
    • Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills

    Required Criteria

    • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program as a rising sophomore or junior
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong analytical and communication skills

    This opportunity will report onsite to our Midtown Location in New York City.

    Internship Dates:

    • Start: Monday, June 1, 2026
    • End: Friday, August 7, 2026

    Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

    NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
