Strategy and Service Design Associate
As a key member of the Strategy and Service Design Team, the Associate plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning, service innovation, and the execution of high-priority initiatives. This individual will work collaboratively across clinical, operational, and administrative functions to deliver consumer-centered design solutions that enhance patient experience, improve outcomes, and drive institutional goals forward.
The Associate will contribute to the full project lifecycle—conducting research and analysis, supporting implementation, and ensuring sustainability post-launch—while applying a structured approach to change management and stakeholder engagement. The role also includes preparing leadership-facing materials, coordinating complex workstreams, and helping to shape the future state of healthcare delivery across the organization.
Essential Job Duties
Applies project and change management processes and tools to support adoption required by a project or initiative
Measures and provides updates regarding the progress toward the target state.
Partners with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Tracks decisions and follow-up items during meetings and calls and produce meeting summaries.
Supports the development and refinement of enterprise strategic plans by conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing key insights.
Coordinates and advances cross-functional strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.
Develops briefing documents, executive-level presentations, and project updates for senior leadership.
Assists in the design and facilitation of workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder engagements to inform consumer-centered service design.
Supports the implementation and evaluation of service design prototypes, pilots, and operational changes.
Monitors emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic planning and service innovation.
Acts as a liaison between clinical departments and enterprise strategy teams to translate frontline challenges into scalable solutions.
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 year’s job related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision

Salary Range:
