Staff Nurse Per Diem - 7 am to 6 pm – RN - Pediatric Radiology

This is a per diem position and the hours are from 7 am to 6 pm at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital (3959 Broadway, New York, NY 10032)
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of acute care RN experience in Cardiac Cath or PACU.
At least one year of acute care RN experience in Critical Care.
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Complete Nurse Residency Program if new Graduate.
Current New York State RN Licensure.
Knowledge of nursing process: social, behavioral, biological and physical science.
Knowledge of current health care environment.
Knowledge of customer service principles.
Knowledge of effective interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of use of computer applications.
Ability to analyze patient care data to deliver and evaluate care.
BCLS certification.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
