Provide leadership and coaching to staff in the planning for initiatives related to the development and implementation of clinical, administrative and renovation programs for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the NYP Healthcare System. Focus on securing regulatory applications and approvals for major hospital projects. Assure compliance with Article 28 and Article 31 standards. Maintain the corporate resources for Regulatory Planning information and support. Develop the regulatory policy agenda for various sites across New York City and Westchester. Collaborate and contribute to the overall leadership among countless departments throughout the organization, and gain access to opportunities for continuous professional growth in a fast paced environment that inspires excellence each and every day.
This position will require travel to our multiple campuses throughout the NewYork-Presbyterian hospital network.
Required Criteria
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10 years of healthcare, hospital regulatory, strategic planning and/or healthcare planning consulting experience
- Excellent analytical and technical planning skills required addressing highly complex planning issues
- Proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheet, and presentation development

Salary Range:
