- Supervise and mentor clinical coordinators.

- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical services.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Implement evidence-based practices and innovative clinical solutions.
- Develop and manage the clinical services budget.
- Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality of care.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, HR, IT, and administration, to support clinical services.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including patients, families, staff, and external partners.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership.
- Partner with operations to foster a program of excellence for recruitment, hiring, and retention of clinical staff.
- Ensure ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical team members.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve clinical service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Performs all duties inherent to managerial role.
- Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Doctorate Degree
- Administrative certification (e.g., FACHE)
- BSN
- Master’s degree. If Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred.
- Current NYS RN Licensure
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical services or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and standards.
- Relevant clinical licensure. If RN, graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in New York State as a Registered Nurse
- Nursing leadership and management experience
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development
- Communication and conflict management skills
- Effective writing skills
