Join the close-knit team of the Point of Care Department in this exciting opportunity to provide patient care on the front-lines.  Conduct routine and complex tests on patients and evaluate clinical specimens in various areas of the hospital while maintaining and utilizing our state-of-the-art lab instrumentation. Coordinate with and supervise our stellar nursing staff in all aspects of POC testing. Take this opportunity to bring your lab skills into the heart of patient care.

This is a full time position on the day shift, working Monday – Friday with hours from 8 AM - 4 PM.

Competitive sign-on bonus up to $10K :

• Experiential bonus commensurate with experience

Preferred Criteria

• 4 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist
• Point of Care Testing experience
• ASCP certification

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (or equivalent experience)
• Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York State Education Department
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist

NEW HIRES PENDING A NYS CLINICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST LICENSE:

• Must obtain the License within 6 months of hire
