Senior Sourcing Analyst – Procurement and Strategic Sourcing

Channel your top-notch project management, data analysis, and negotiation skills at the nation’s largest private not-for-profit medical center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. In this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing suppliers for products and services purchased by NYP and negotiate for the hospital through issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will also coordinate evaluation of suppliers for end users; communicating with internal, departmental leaders to understand sourcing needs, opportunities, and priorities. Additionally, you will conduct financial analysis and creation of deliverables; tracking key metrics for the sourcing team; reviewing contracts and collaborating with NYP’s Office of Legal Affairs and leading projects and negotiations at the supervisor’s discretion. This position plays a key role in advancing HERCULES, NewYork-Presbyterian’s campus-wide efficiency initiative that has already reduced costs by $60 million while simultaneously posting highest-ever patient satisfaction.  Join our close-knit team and get exposure to management and leadership across all six of our New York City-area campuses and four regional hospitals. Preferred Criteria

  • Knowledge of Lawson and hospital operations

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 3+ years in Finance, Strategy, Sourcing or related experience

Salary Range:

$85,500-$110,000/Annual
