Shifts may include weekdays and intermittent Saturday and holiday coverage. Schedules: 830 am-430 pm or 6:30 pm

As a Rehabilitation Aide, take part in the continuum of care in all our various settings from outpatient rehab, inpatient rehabilitation, and acute care, including the ICU. This position will be focused primarily in the outpatient rehabilitation department.  Responsibilities include participation in our outpatient chaperone program, maintaining therapy areas, obtaining rehabilitation equipment, and restocking medical linen and supplies.  Additional responsibilities may include transporting patients, providing direct patient care under the supervision of Physical and Occupational Therapists as you assist with the mobility of patients of all ages and diagnoses. 

Per Diem shifts may include weekdays and intermittent Saturday and holiday coverage. Schedules: 8:30am-4:30pm or 6:30 pm

Preferred Criteria

• Six months hospital experience

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED

• Demonstrated interest in working with Rehabilitation Medicine patients

• Knowledge of policies and procedures of Rehabilitation Medicine Department
