The Dalio Center invests in research, education, and programming, and advocates for policy change to drive measurable improvements in health outcomes for all.

Project Manager – Dalio Center for Health Justice - Grant Funded

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating project activities. This role will drive the execution of the full life cycle of projects including scope definition, planning, analysis, measurement, and communication. Leads meetings of project workgroups, including facilitating discussion around project deliverables, identifying action items and assigning to team members for follow up and completion, identifying threats and opportunities, and obtaining additional resources as needed. In this role, you will help develop monitoring tools to measure success/failure of various project initiatives, identifying root causes and taking corrective action as needed to ensure projects achieve stated goals. Additionally, you will coordinate the creation of presentations for report outs, including leading the creation of relevant visual presentation materials and preparing written narrative as needed. Responsible for end-to-end project management (from concept to delivery) driving the successful completion and implementation of complex projects, solutions and other related deliverables.

This is a grant funded position.

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience with data management and analysis
  • Project Management professional (PMP)
  • Master’s degree

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$97,000-$145,000/Annual
