Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level materials such as briefings, presentations, summaries, and talking points for senior leadership, Board-related work, and system-wide forums
  • Provide tactical and strategic support across a broad portfolio of initiatives, including performance improvement, clinical and operational integration, and transformation efforts
  • Monitor progress and risks, ensuring projects remain aligned with executive priorities, NYP values, and organizational goals
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive communication, alignment, and effective execution within a complex academic medical center environment
  • Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling sensitive information at the highest levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a hospital, academic medical center, or large healthcare system, ideally supporting senior leadership or enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of operating independently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Proven success leading and managing projects in fast-paced, matrixed, and complex organizational settings
  • Master’s degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH)
  • Project Management License

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum three to five years of previous work-related experience
  • Strong project management skills
