Project Leader - Revenue Cycle Analyst
Take ownership of this high-level role, responsible for helping lead projects that enhance all aspects of revenue cycle operations. Design and perform analyses and diagnostic assessments of patient access,service documentation, and patient financial services functions and implement recommendations for process improvements, while excelling as a leader of a tight-knit, patient-inspired team. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and operations and build a strong foundation for continued career growth and advancement throughout our hospital.
Preferred Criteria
Master's degree
Previous consulting experience helpful
Required Criteria
Bachelor's degree
3 years of applicable experience related to revenue cycle concepts and processes
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of revenue cycle processes, functions, and concepts
Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other programming languagesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills. Intermediate to advanced technical use of other Microsoft applications. Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
