Project Leader - Finance/Revenue Cycle
Pursue this pivotal position responsible for managing the definition, design, and implementation of small to medium scale projects to facilitate improvement of key business processes and achieve financial goals. Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings, manage milestone timeframes, and ensure timely, accurate completion of project documentation and deliverables while excelling as a leader of a tight-knit, patient-inspired team. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and operations and build a strong foundation for continued career growth and advancement throughout our hospital.
Preferred Criteria
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Knowledge of Finance/Revenue Cycle processes and concepts
Supervisory or management experience
Required Criteria
Minimum of five years of applicable experience, including one year of project management
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range:
