We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Heart Failure Research Institute at NewYork-Presbyterian.
The Heart Failure Research Institute at NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of innovative initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work at the intersection of heart failure care and artificial intelligence, as well as collaborating with leading academic institutions to advance multi-center research projects.
As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with teams at Columbia, Weill Cornell, and NYP to plan, execute, and track AI-driven initiatives. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between clinical, technical, and operational teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, and managing logistics for large-scale research collaborations. This role will also support the logistics and communication for multi-center research projects within the portfolio of the heart failure research institute.

Preferred Criteria
·Experience working in research including knowledge of all applicable rules, regulations, and compliance standards
Required Criteria
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
1 Year related work experience

Salary Range:
