Program Manager, Provider Contract Management

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Program Manager to lead key governance initiatives supporting provider compensation and contract management. This role oversees enterprise programs such as the Annual Physician Market Review, Physician Administrative Role Attestation, and Non-Monetary Compensation oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. The Program Manager will manage end-to-end processes including compensation benchmarking, budget review, contracting coordination, and executive-level reporting, while partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Operations, and Physician Leadership to translate complex regulations into effective operational practices.

The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis and reporting expertise, experience in provider compensation or healthcare contracting environments, and the ability to drive process improvement across a complex health system. This leader will develop standardized tools and dashboards, monitor compliance risks, and support audit readiness while mentoring analysts and fostering high-quality execution. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders and advance transparent, compliant, and efficient provider compensation programs.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master's Degree

  • Knowledge of annual budget review processes

  • Familiarity with professional billing data and physician contracting environments

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Five or more years of related professional experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and database applications
