Program Manager, Physician Services Integration and Network Development

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Program Manager to lead physician services integration and network development initiatives across the organization. This role oversees the full lifecycle of physician sessional use and occupancy agreements, including due diligence, business case development, fair market value analysis, contracting, implementation, and ongoing performance management. The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting network growth and access strategies by developing new site and expansion plans, partnering closely with clinical leadership, Finance, Facilities, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare strategy, practice operations, and/or consulting experience, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. This individual will lead cross-functional collaboration, drive process standardization, and monitor KPIs related to space utilization, financial performance, and compliance. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong business planning capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while advancing scalable, efficient, and compliant physician network development programs.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master's Degree

Required Criteria

  • 5+ years of healthcare administration/strategic planning/management consulting/medical practice experience

  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

  • Working knowledge of medical practice operational workflows, medical services organization
    functions and professional billing data and professional revenue cycle management

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights appropriate to audience R
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

$104,000-$145,000/Annual
